What makes a quote accurate first time
None of this is required to send the form — it is what we will ask about on the call, so you may as well have it to hand.
The room
- A floor plan, or a photograph if no plan exists
- Approximate dimensions and ceiling height
- Whether there are stairs, a lift, or a loading bay
- Where guests will eat and where the bar sits
The guests
- Approximate headcount, even if it is a wide range
- Whether they know each other already
- Whether most will stand or be seated
- Confirmation that all guests are 18+ or over
The evening
- Doors time and when you want the room cleared
- Speeches, dinner service or awards in the programme
- Whether you want a tournament structure and standings
- Any branding you would like on chips, cards or felt

What happens to the details I submit?
They are emailed to [email protected] so we can answer your enquiry. They are not added to a marketing list and they are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Is the planning call really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. Even if you decide not to book, you will come away knowing how many tables your room genuinely holds and whether the format fits your programme.
Why are there three checkboxes?
Because the limits on this service are not small print. Confirming that your event is adults-only and that you understand there is no real-money gambling, betting or cash prizes means nobody discovers it late in the planning.
The third confirms you have read how we handle your details. All three are required.
Service limits
Offline entertainment only. This is strictly offline event entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, and no online casino service. Guests play with symbolic chips and points that hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything of value. Events are for adults aged 18+ and over.
Symbolic chips only
Guests receive unmarked chips or points at the start of the evening. They carry no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be cashed out and cannot be exchanged for anything of value.
18+, checked at the door
Our hosts support your venue in checking age on entry. We do not run events for under-age guests and we do not market to them.
Offline, in your venue
Everything happens in a physical room, with physical tables and a human host. We operate no platform where anyone can play, and no app.
